SEASIDE, Ore. – Avamere at Seaside, an independent living and memory care community in Seaside, Oregon, is proud to earn a deficiency-free state survey. The survey was conducted November 3-5, 2025.
This on-site inspection conducted by the Department of Human Services (DHS) is based on state compliance guidelines. It examines resident quality of care and quality of life, dietary services, fire safety, and environmental services. The survey includes interviews with residents, residents’ family members, and employees.
One of the evaluators complimented Avamere’s thoroughness in its activities program, noting the team’s strong ability to create individualized activity plans for residents.

This deficiency-free survey shortly follows Avamere at Seaside’s 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, further exemplifying their commitment to quality care and service.
